Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

So I've been thinking a lot about Biblical Manhood and about Biblical Womanhood a little as well. Of course I have only been thinking about achieving the former. The latter just what I want to see in my future wife as well as something to help her achieve.

I challenged you to urge these passages that I am going to post links to. You don't have to read them from the website but if you wish you may.

Proverbs 31 In this passage we see the perfect display of a wise women. Very much applying to to the role of Biblical womanhood. Interestingly enough we see this role played out the book of Ruth. The character of Ruth displays Biblical Womanhood perfectly in the Old Testament.

In Ruth we also see the Character of Boaz who if you watch his actions and motives carefully you will see him portraying Biblical Manhood.

The following two passages are very similar however they were just written to a different audience. Both of them display the ideal role a leader in the church. Men should strive to be a leader in someway or another, even if they are not a ministry leader, they need to be the leader in the home. These passages also briefly outline how their wives should act.

I know there wasn't all that much for me to write about here but I urge you to overlook these passages, and strive for the Biblical example of manhood or womanhood, whichever one applies.
